Block D is located within the former Somerdale chocolate factory site in Keynsham, adjacent to Blocks A, B, and C, which together form the award-winning care village designed by KWL Architects.

This five-storey building houses 44 assisted living apartments, including 18 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom units. Each apartment features a private balcony with a glass balustrade, offering residents breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition to the café / bar located within Block D, residents have full access to all the facilities within the Chocolate Quarter care village.

The materials used for Block D have been carefully selected to match those approved for Blocks A, B, and C, ensuring consistency with the overall design.
